SOCIAL & EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT:

1. Look at themselves in a mirror

2. Climb onto a teacher’s lap for comfort

3. Smile when an adult plays peek-a-boo

LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

1. Move arms to songs during circle time

2. Lean forward & open mouth when teacher is holding a spoonful of food

3. Points toward collage of family photos when mom or dad is sad

PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT:

1. Crawl through a tunnel

2. Pulls self to standing position at ballet bar

3. Point a finger to pop bubbles in the water table

COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT:

1. Shake a bottle filled with clothespins

2. Make marks on a paper with a bingo marker

3. Put hands in a bin filled with cotton balls
