"My two children have been at LBS for almost a year in the Oder Toddler and Young Preschool classes and we have been very happy there. I feel that my kids are getting a lot of interactive learning for their age and are being well care for while at 'school.' LBS does a great job of communicating what is going on that day/week/month. They are flexible and accommodating-I was able to send my daughter an extra 'unscheduled' day so she could join her classmates on a field trip which made my daughter so happy. The administration and the individual teachers do a nice job at keeping in touch with you via the app they use so you can see pictures of what your children are up to or see notes about the agenda for the day. The most important thing is that my kids have been so happy going to LBS and seeing the new friendships they've made and great relationships they have with their teachers and staff!"

"My daughter has attended Little Big Steps for the past five years and they are like an extended family to us. Not only have I always known that my daughter is well taken care of, but she has been educated and prepared as she has grown and entered her first day of Kindergarten. The teachers and staff have always been an amazing part of our lives. From the activities to the education my daughter has received over the years, I couldn't have asked for a better place. My daughter now attends their Summer Program and still loves being part of the LBS family."

"This is going to be a long review, but I want to speak from the heart!

I am a mom to three young kids ranging from young toddler to PreK. When we first moved to the area, we toured the local centers and got feedback from Mt. Top Chatter and other community members. I was impressed with a few of the centers on the Mountain and in the surrounding area.

My husband and I were debating between two centers. We looked at what we needed/wanted out of childcare for our family. We decided on Little Big Steps and are very pleased with our decision.

When we went to tour LBS we met with both directors, Jenna and Mariangela. They were friendly and really listened to our needs. They continue to answer any and all questions I have and are great to work with. Carla (I believe is the co-owner with Mariangela) does have a strong personality but it is one that will advocate for your child. Her tenacious personality shines bright with certain aspects. Some may be off-put by this, but I personally have never had a problem.

My kids are well taken care of, looked after and loved in the center. I cannot speak enough about the friendly and attentive staff. They use an app to send pictures, post messages and show lesson plans. It has been so helpful to a mom of 3 littles to get reminders and updates during the day while I am busy at work! Their curriculum is wonderful and the teachers do a great job writing lesson plans (that are sent home for us to review) and creating crafts DAILY for the kids.

I really appreciate their health policies to ensure germs are kept at bay as much as possible. They also do a great job at informing families of any illnesses in the center.

I also appreciate their security system in the center. It really gives me a peace of mind knowing not anyone can walk into the center at any given time. That being said, I do like that I am able to come to the center at any given time to check in on my kids and even be a volunteer in the classroom!

All in all, I am very pleased with our decision and cannot recommend LBS enough. They have truly made the transition into daycare smooth and welcoming."
